Segi Fresh - Retails in Malaysia is seeking a Floor Manager Fresh (FMF) or Assistant Floor Manager Fresh (AFMF) to oversee daily store operations, manage goods receiving, and ensure stock levels and planogram compliance.

You will supervise a team, handle cash processes, update sales and stock reports, coordinate promotions, and maintain store cleanliness and SOP compliance, including weekends and public holidays. This role offers growth opportunities within our growing fresh food retail group.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth business performance
• Manage receiving of goods and verify quantity and quality from suppliers
• Monitor stock levels including low stock, Out of Stock (OOS), near expiry and expired items
• Conduct stock take, cycle count and stock adjustments when necessary
• Ensure accurate price updates and proper execution of weekly/monthly promotions
• Maintain store layout according to planogram and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized
• Manage cash handling processes including opening float, closing counter and bank-in procedures
• Prepare and update daily sales and stock reports
• Handle damaged goods, returns and disposal according to company procedures
• Conduct regular floor walk to monitor store condition and staff performance
• Ensure overall store cleanliness and compliance with SOP
