Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to use English as working language with good oral communication.
• Strong stress resistance with occasional overtime.
• Diligent, meticulous, responsible, proactive and with strong execution ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with scheduling, ticketing, correspondence, and documentation.
• Manage and organize files, records, and other documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel for engineers.
• Monitor and manage the ticket system, assign tasks, and ensure closures.
• Ensure engineers submit service information and checklists per guidelines.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and track usage/returns as needed.
• Perform data entry, generate reports, and prepare technical documents and presentations.
• Support the project/service manager with reports and presentations.
• Facilitate communication between engineers, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Provide general support and take on ad hoc tasks as needed.
