Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in logistics coordination, warehousing or supply chain operations.
• Solid organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems and logistics software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, storage and dispatch of goods within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Liaise with transport providers, suppliers and customers to arrange shipments.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and delivery notes.
• Monitor delivery schedules and track shipments for timely distribution.
• Identify and resolve logistical issues and discrepancies promptly.
• Support warehouse operations by coordinating staff activities and resources.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliant storage and handling procedures.
• Communicate shipment updates with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist in optimising warehouse processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
