Atain in Malaysia is accepting applications for a French-speaking customer support role with a world famous airlines/travel agency. You will communicate with customers via multiple channels, resolve complaints, and coordinate between customers and airlines/hotels to arrange requests or address issues.

The position welcomes fresh graduates, requires relocation to Malaysia, and offers rotation shifts with a focus on customer satisfaction and professional service.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers through various channels and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservation.
• Act as a liaison between customer and airlines/hotel to arrange special request/ to resolve complaint.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
