Job summary

Atain seeks a dedicated airline/customer service specialist fluent in French to assist customers across multiple channels in resolving issues and managing bookings.

Role involves coordinating with airlines for special requests, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Rotations with 9-hour shifts are part of the schedule; prior work authorization in Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in French language.
• Malaysian citizens or individuals holding a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) with valid work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through various channels and acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
• Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations.
• Act as a liaison between customer and airlines to arrange special requests to resolve complaints.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
