Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in indoor sales, customer service, or freight/logistics support.
• Knowledge of air/sea freight, road transport, and customs concepts is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, and commercial support to the Sales team and Branch Manager.
• Prepare quotations for air/sea freight and other logistics services.
• Follow up on quotations to maximize conversions and new business.
• Manage customer accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Support tender submissions, RFQs, rate negotiations, and presentations.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries about rates, transit times, and shipments.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance and other departments on shipments, invoicing, and terms.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain confidentiality of information.
