Job summary

Lima Bintang Logistics Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Freight Customer Service Executive to manage international import and export activities with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate freight operations, provide on-time price sourcing for freight rates to the Sales team, prepare shipping documents, DO, POD, and invoicing, and liaise with lines and hauliers to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in freight forwarding.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Execute import and export activities accurately and on time.
• Provide on-time price sourcing for freight rates to Sales and customers.
• Prepare shipping documents, DO, POD, invoicing, and port services management.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders, and hauliers to obtain information and documents.
