Job summary

Lima Bintang Logistics Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Executive to drive customer satisfaction and seamless logistics execution. You will manage DG shipments and project logistics, supporting growth and operational excellence within a safety-focused environment.

You will process orders, coordinate with teams, and ensure timely invoicing while maintaining strong customer relationships. The role emphasizes proactive communication, multitasking, and using ERP tools to enhance service

Qualifications

Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in logistics land transportation.
Receive high acknowledgement and complement from customers on job commitment.
Strong communication in Mandarin (preferably but not compulsory), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently under pressure and sustaining demanding work environments with positive mindset.
Be Proactive, with strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Logistics ERP system.

Responsibilities

Process job orders promptly to meet customer requirements and compliance with the Integrated Management System.
Contribute to timely invoicing and billing to support financial stability and growth.
