Job summary

Prestige Kinetic in Malaysia is seeking a Freight Billing Analyst to manage validation, rates, and invoice review within its logistics operations. You will collaborate with business operations and LSPs to resolve issues, and prepare monthly freight analyses to support data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes accuracy, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team, with awareness of SAP/EDI tools and Power BI where available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 1 year experience in supply chain, logistics or transportation
• Fresh graduates with a degree in supply chain or logistics are welcome to apply
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work on both system and manual freight billing validation
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Able to work independently or in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, charts, etc) and PowerPoint
• Working experience in LSP is an advantage
• Working knowledge on analytic tools such as Power BI and systems such as EDI and SAP will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Handle freight billing validation and rates management
• Review freight invoices in system
• Work with business operations and Logistic Service Providers (LSPs) to resolve freight billing issues
• Prepare monthly freight analysis report
• Publish freight report to end users in the timely and accurate manner
• Handle freight BPO management, including BPO issuance and tracking
