Job summary

Shine and Hope Therapy is seeking a Freelance SEN Educator cum Shadow Aide to deliver 1:1 IEP sessions and provide school shadow support in the Putrajaya/Cyberjaya area.

You will collaborate with our clinical team, liaise with teachers and parents on progress, and implement individualised behaviour and learning plans with a passion for helping children.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with special needs children.
• Background in SEN/ABA/OT is an advantage.
• Passionate to work with children.

Responsibilities

• Delivering 1:1 IEP sessions.
• School shadow support as needed.
• Working closely with Case Supervisors and clinical team.

Job requirements:

Prior experience working with special needs children (school shadow, therapy, or caregiving experience preferred);

Background in Special Education Needs (SEN), Applied Behavioural Therapy (ABA), Occupational Therapy (OT) is an advantage;

Passionate to work with children;

Based in or able to commute reliably to Putrajaya/ Cyberjaya area;

Available on September onwards.
