BateriHub in Putrajaya is seeking enthusiastic Freelance Riders to join our logistics and delivery team on a part-time basis. You’ll collect and deliver products, uphold safe driving practices, and help ensure on-time service for customers.

This flexible role lets you set your own schedule while contributing to our growing retail business. A reliable vehicle, a valid driving licence, and a customer‑focused mindset are essential, with opportunities to gain experience in last‑mile logistics.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence and clean driving record.
• Own reliable vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Knowledge of Putrajaya road networks and geography.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Physically fit to load/unload products.
• Flexible to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Responsible attitude towards vehicle maintenance and safety.
• Delivery or courier experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver products to customers in designated areas within Putrajaya in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness standards to ensure products arrive in excellent condition
• Navigate routes efficiently to optimise delivery schedules and minimise fuel costs
• Handle customer interactions professionally, addressing queries and gathering feedback
• Complete delivery documentation accurately, including receipts and delivery confirmations
• Communicate proactively with the operations team regarding any delays or issues
• Adhere to traffic regulations and maintain a safe driving record
• Report vehicle maintenance issues or damages promptly
