Job summary

Geobild (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Delivery Driver in Kuala Lumpur to handle the distribution of IT equipment and office supplies. You will load, unload, and deliver items, assist with basic setup, and ensure on-time arrivals while maintaining vehicle condition.

Ideal candidates are licensed drivers with a good record, physically capable of handling bulky items, and able to work independently with strong communication skills. Overtime may be required and familiarity with KL roads is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid GDL/appropriate driving licence with a good driving record.
• Previous experience in delivery, logistics or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle bulky items such as printers and paper cartons.
• Familiar with Kuala Lumpur/Selangor roads and able to use navigation apps.
• Responsible, punctual and careful when handling customer equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and manage delivery schedules.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect IT equipment and office supplies, including A3 printers, toners, A4 paper and related products.
• Load, unload and handle products carefully to prevent damage.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and within the scheduled timeframe.
• Obtain delivery orders, acknowledgement of receipt and other required documents.
• Assist with basic installation, setup or movement of equipment when required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the company vehicle.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Plan delivery routes efficiently and follow assigned schedules.
• Assist the warehouse/operations team with stock movement and other logistics duties when required.
