Qualifications

• Valid driving licence with clean record.
• Own reliable vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Knowledge of Putrajaya roads.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.
• Prior delivery experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Collect and deliver products to customers in designated areas within Putrajaya in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness standards to ensure products arrive in excellent condition.
• Navigate routes efficiently to optimise delivery schedules and minimise fuel costs.
• Handle customer interactions professionally, addressing queries and gathering feedback.
• Complete delivery documentation accurately, including receipts and delivery confirmations.
• Communicate proactively with the operations team regarding any delays or issues.
• Adhere to traffic regulations and maintain a safe driving record.
• Report vehicle maintenance issues or damages promptly.

About the role

As a Freelance Rider, you will play a crucial role in our logistics and delivery operations, ensuring that our products reach customers efficiently and safely. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to work on your own schedule whilst contributing to our growing business in the retail and consumer products sector. Key responsibilities
