Responsibilities

• Review and analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and manual activities.
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using RPA, workflow tools, scripting, and other technology platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend process improvement initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation scripts, applications, and digital solutions.
• Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and gap assessments to support transformation initiatives.
• Monitor automation performance and implement continuous improvements to maximize benefits and operational stability.
• Prepare business cases, project plans, documentation, testing, and deployment activities for automation projects.
• Ensure solutions comply with governance, risk, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide user support, training, and knowledge transfer for implemented solutions.
• Track and report project progress, benefits realization, and productivity gains.
