Qualifications

• Experience in process improvement and business analysis.
• Ability to design, develop and implement automation solutions using RPA and scripting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for transformation initiatives.
• Develop, maintain and enhance automation scripts, applications and digital solutions.
• Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis and gap assessments to support initiatives.
• Monitor automation performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Prepare business cases, project plans, documentation, testing and deployment activities.
• Ensure solutions comply with governance, risk, security and regulatory requirements.
• Provide user support, training and knowledge transfer for implemented solutions.
• Track and report project progress, benefits realization and productivity gains.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using RPA, workflow tools, scripting.
