Job summary

Rotiboy Bakeshoppe Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Executive to support franchise management, administration and coordination, while nurturing strong relationships with franchisees.

You will assist in driving sales growth, ensuring policy compliance, and preparing reports and feasibility studies to support expansion plans. The role requires strong communication, MS Office skills, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Support franchisees to drive sales growth and profitability through effective relationship management and business support.
• Maintain strong relationships with franchisees and attend to their concerns and feedback in a timely manner.
• Ensure franchisees comply with Company policies, guidelines and operational requirements.
• Monitor and support overall franchise compliance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports, templates and franchise-related documentation.
• Qualify prospective franchisees and prepare the necessary documentation.
• Conduct feasibility studies, including site inspections, surrounding area surveys, feasibility analysis and reports.
• Act as a liaison with franchisees on franchise-related matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required.
• Prepare management reports, summaries and relevant updates.
