Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager in Malaysia to oversee both directly operated and franchised stores, ensuring consistent standards, SOPs, and food safety.

You will lead recruitment, training, and rollout of new store openings while tracking performance metrics. The role requires strong franchise operations experience, team leadership, and the ability to coordinate with regional distributors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of operations management experience in franchise beverage or F&B.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, SOPs, and food safety.
• Ability to lead teams under pressure and motivate staff.
• Experience with well-known franchise beverage brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of both directly operated and franchised stores, ensuring SOPs and food safety.
• Develop and improve SOPs to ensure consistency across all stores.
• Coordinate new store openings including staff recruitment and training.
• Analyze store performance data and implement action plans to improve profitability.
• Build operations talent through coaching, training, and regular store visits.
• Liaise with regional distributor teams and organize distributor meetings.
• Execute GTM product launches and ensure store-level implementation.
• Coordinate regional promotional campaigns and large-scale store activities.
