Job summary

Lattice Malaysia is seeking an FPGA-focused engineer to integrate and validate FPGA-based specifications and components across connectivity and embedded designs, enabling robust system functionality. You will partner with cross-functional developers to ensure interoperability across hardware, software, and firmware boundaries, plan validation, perform bring-up, and debug issues spanning the entire stack.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in FPGA system integration and validation.
• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and validate FPGA-based specifications and components across connectivity and embedded designs.
• Partner with cross-functional developers on system design integration, ensuring interoperability across hardware, software, and firmware boundaries.
• Collaborate with validation teams to plan test coverage, execute bring-up and interoperability testing, and debug issues across the hardware, software, and firmware stack.
• Review test results and data to identify root causes and drive design improvements.
• Document system design decisions, interface behavior, and validation results for internal and customer-facing use.
