Job summary

Lattice Semiconductor in Malaysia is seeking an FPGA integration and validation engineer to help design, validate, and bring up complex FPGA-based systems and reference designs.

You will collaborate with hardware, software and firmware teams, validate IP protocols (PCIe, Ethernet, USB, I2C), draft design decisions, and support customers with interoperable solutions across the stack.

BS/MS in EE with 2+ years in FPGA systems preferred; strong English communication required.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years FPGA system integration and validation.
• Hands-on experience in FPGA design interoperability and test bring-up.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and validate FPGA-based specifications and components across connectivity and embedded designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan tests and debug issues.
• Document design decisions and validation results for internal and customer-facing use.
