Job summary

AIA Shared Services is seeking a Finance professional to lead end-to-end GOE governance, forecasting, and budgeting. You will partner with function P&L and cost center owners to manage costs and ensure accurate reporting across the Group.

You will drive the GOE forecast process, support consolidation, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver timely insights. The role emphasizes leadership, governance, and continuous improvement within FP&A.

Qualifications

• End-to-end GOE governance and reporting.
• Partner with Function P&L and cost center owners.
• Drive GOE forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Support system enhancements and process improvements in FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead GOE governance and closing activities.
• Collaborate with group finance and business units to resolve issues.
• Drive budget cycles, consolidation, and cost recharges.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Lead process improvements with IT and finance.
