Job summary

AEON Co. (M) Bhd. is seeking a senior FP&A professional to conduct detailed financial analyses, manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, and provide strategic financial insights.

The role requires collaborating with stakeholders, developing reporting packs, and ensuring cost efficiencies across the business. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (or equivalent), a professional certificate, and over 6 years of FP&A experience, with SAP and BI tools knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent is required.
• Professional Certificate is a plus.
• At least 6 years of FP&A experience in audit or corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis for actual, budget and forecast to understand variances.
• Collate reporting packs and decks for management.
• Improve processes and systems to achieve cost efficiencies and optimise work processes.
• Perform weekly forecast and track business performance; identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop understanding of the business and support stakeholders in decisions.
• Review operating expenditure requests to ensure alignment with budget.
