Job summary

Novugen Pharma (USA) LLC is seeking an FP&A professional to lead monthly management reporting, forecast and budget processes. You will collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic transformation projects under the Finance Director and SVP.

The role emphasizes consolidation, variance analysis, and data-driven decision support, with exposure to SAP and ERP platforms. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• CPA/CA qualified including business degree/BSc/BA in accounting, finance, or related discipline, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years FP&A experience from Pharma, FMCG, and Healthcare industries.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, ACCA) highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and review monthly regional results with timely accuracy and reconciliations.
• Manage forecasting process: set deadlines, collect inputs, consolidate numbers for Board review.
• Create dynamic budget templates and coordinate budgeting deliverables for senior management.
• Partner with business units and HODs to support projects with financial modelling and due diligence.
• Monitor expenses and acquisition costs; report variances vs forecast and plan.
• Enhance financial systems, provide user training, and support finance processes.
• Provide ongoing support to finance team and management as needed.
