Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of FP&A experience
• MS Excel and PowerPoint required
• Hyperion (Oracle) and SAP preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong financial analysis and data accuracy

Responsibilities

• Partner Country Business Head and leaders for FP&A activities
• Provide insights and analysis to set challenging objectives
• Lead Business Reviews, Plan Reviews, and QBRs
• Drive annual budgeting & forecasting process
• Advise on resource allocation to optimize P&L
• Translate strategies into financial plans at country level
• Collaborate on pricing governance, tender economics and margin improvement
• Lead capital expenditure analysis and asset productivity assessments
• Oversee month-end close and quarterly incentive calculations
