Job summary

Far Eastern Freight Agencies Sdn Bhd in Port Klang is hiring a Forwarding Declaration and Documentation Clerk to support data entry, document checks, and timely handling of paperwork.

The role requires detail orientation, basic maths and language skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a teamwork mindset. Work days are 5.5 days per week, with shifts from 0830 to 1730 on weekdays and shorter Saturdays.

Forwarding Declaration and Documentation Clerk

Licensed Forwarding Agency company based in Port Klang has vacancy for Forwarding documentation/ Declaration Assistant.

Location : Port Klang (Atas Econsave Jalan Tengku Badar)

Work days : 5.5 days per week

Monday to Friday : 0830hrs to 1730hrs

Saturday : 0830hrs to 1300hrs

• Data Entry
• Document checking and management
• Ensure ACCURACY of documents in timely manner
• Assist senior with given tasks.

• Detail oriented / meticulous (Accuracy is VERY important)
• knowledge in basic Maths, basic English and basic Bahasa Malaysia.
• Responsible Team player
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Experience in logistics industry is a plus
• Salary will be based on experience and knowledge.
