Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation, review, and organization of all shipping and logistics documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Accurately enter and maintain data related to shipments, inventory, and customs declarations into the logistics management system, adhering to strict record-keeping standards.
  • Support the logistics team by liaising with internal departments and external partners to gather necessary information and resolve documentation discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with import and export regulations by verifying that all documentation meets customs requirements and international trade laws.
  • File and archive all logistics-related documents in an organized filing system for audit and reference purposes.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to clarify documentation requirements and provide updates on shipment status.
  • Perform quality checks on all documentation to minimize errors and delays.

  • File and archive all logistics-related documents systematically, maintaining an organized and easily retrievable filing system for audit and reference purposes.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to clarify documentation requirements and provide updates on shipment status.

  • Perform quality checks on all documentation to ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, minimizing errors that could lead to delays or additional costs.
