Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM, Business Studies or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience handling foreign workers affairs or in manufacturing/related field.
• Sound knowledge of HR statutory requirements and foreign worker recruitment practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR operations for foreign workers from recruitment to departure.
• Prepare documents for recruitment and work permit applications.
• Liaise with Immigration Department, government agencies, local authorities and airports.
• Manage hostel facilities for local and foreign employees; ensure compliance with housing standards.
