Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to manage foreign worker matters, coordinate recruitment and workforce planning, and maintain accurate records. The role also covers training administration, counselling, and exit processes in a dynamic environment.

You will support audits, employee satisfaction surveys, and manpower reporting while handling ad-hoc HR duties as required by management. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Manage foreign worker matters, including new worker intake, permit renewal, FOMEMA, passport renewal, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with HODs on foreign worker recruitment, placement, and workforce requirements.
• Maintain accurate foreign worker records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage employee training administration, counselling, and separation/exit processes.
• Support internal & external audits, employee satisfaction surveys, and manpower reporting.
• Perform other HR and ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
