Job summary

BIOMAJU HARTA SDN BHD is seeking a supervisor to manage foreign workers and related operations. The role includes attendance registration, issue resolution, welfare oversight, and ensuring regulatory compliance at a KLIA/Klang Valley base.

You should be available for shifts and on-call responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be Malaysian, possess a minimum SPM with supervisory experience, and be fluent in Malay and English, with basic computer skills and strong interpersonal abilities to

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizens required.
• Minimum SPM with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in managing foreign workers is an added advantage.
• Able to speak and write Malay & English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness in resolving worker issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily attendance registration of foreign workers.
• Oversee and resolve issues with foreign workers promptly.
• Ensure welfare, health checks, security, hostel accommodation compliance.
• Attend to foreign workers' medical issues, disputes or misconduct.
• Be on-call anytime, including off-duty hours, for emergencies and investigations.
• Respond to management instructions and carry out disciplinary actions as needed.

The incumbent will be responsible for the overall foreign worker's management and operational matters amongst others that include the following:-

• Conduct daily attendance registration of foreign workers at the Client's place.
• Oversee and ensure that issues that arise with foreign workers are resolved soonest possible
• Ensure that all issues with foreign workers are in order - health check, security issues, hostel accommodation, welfare, etc.
• Ensure that immediate attention is given to foreign worker's medical issues if anyone is seriously ill, disputes or misconduct in the workplace and at a hostel, etc.
• Always responsible and be on-call anytime inclusive of off-duty hours, to attend foreign worker's emergency incidents, to transport workers, follow-up cases, carry out disciplinary action and investigate the root cause of the incidents.
• Attend to issues as instructed by Management.

Requirements

• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
• Min SPM with at lease 2 years experience in supervisory level.
• Experience in managing foreign workers is added advantage.
