Rich Products Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive revenue in Negeri Sembilan and Selangor. You will engage with customers and enhance satisfaction by delivering the Rich Experience.

Responsibilities include solution selling, developing sales plans, expanding the customer base, supporting product launches, and conducting promotional activities to increase sales while building strong industry relationships.

Qualifications

• Location: Selangor or Negeri Sembilan.
• Experience: 1–3 years in distributors & direct sales.
• FMCG or Food Service experience is a plus.
• Ability to develop and execute sales plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute against accounts/prospects articulated in the sales plans.
• Understand customers’ needs and create value-add product solutions.
• Tailor product mix and solutions to grow account volumes and profitability.
• Uses solution selling to expand product mix and volumes.
• Develop and expand new customers base.
• Assist with product launches.
• Execute promotional activities to increase sales volume.
• Provide technical support and service to customers and outlets.
• Build industry relationships and enrich customer experience.
• Provide a regular report on work arrangement, customer information, competitor information, and others as required.
