Job summary

Phoenix Holywings Sdn.bhd in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Server/F&B Service Crew to deliver friendly service and maintain high standards in a busy outlet.

You will handle POS orders, upsell products, and coordinate with Kitchen/Bar teams to ensure smooth dining experiences, including weekends and holidays in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Server or F&B Service crew.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Customer-oriented, friendly, and service-minded.
• Good teamwork and attention to detail.
• Familiar with POS systems and order taking.

Responsibilities

• Perform table cleaning and setup during operations through closing, following SOPs.
• Provide friendly customer service, product recommendations, and complaint handling.
• Accurately input customer orders into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages and coordinate with Kitchen and Bar teams.
• Maintain the required Speed of Service standards.

• Respond to customer requests and complaints promptly, positively, and professionally, and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality or F&B is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or F&B Service Crew.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Customer-oriented, friendly, and service-minded.
• Good teamwork and attention to detail.
• Familiar with F&B service SOPs and service sequence.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and order taking.
• Good Food & Beverage product knowledge and upselling skills.
• Able to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts, including weekends/public holidays.
