Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Technology.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the same or related field.
• Salary RM2.2K and above depending on qualification and experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand and monitor the entire process flow at the processing section.
• Enforce company policies, quality, safety and food safety standards.
• Plan and schedule manpower, materials, product and machinery efficiently.
• Oversee workflow and performance for accuracy, speed and quality.
• GMP and HACCP compliance and sanitation checks.
• Provide on-the-job training for new workers.
• Inspect processing line for sanitation and safety conformance.
