Job summary

Central Coldstorage Kuching Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks a Processing Supervisor to understand and control the processing section, enforce GMP, HACCP, and safety policies, and ensure production runs smoothly.

You will plan manpower and materials, supervise daily workflow, uphold quality and safety standards, provide on‑the‑job training, and inspect lines for sanitation. Diploma in Food Technology and at least 3 years’ related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Technology required.
• Minimum 3 years in related field.
• Basic mathematics skills required.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Understand and familiarize with process flow and control at processing section.
• Enforce company policies, quality, safety and food safety policies.
• Plan & schedule manpower, materials, product and machines effectively.
• Oversee workflow and performance of workers in accuracy, speed and quality.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance to specification, optimization of resources usage and meet quality and safety requirements.
• Supervise daily activities & ensure GMP practiced.
• Ensure workers perform duties orderly as per HACCP.
• Provide on-the-job training for new workers to ensure they understand their job function.
• Inspect processing line and checks for sanitation and safety conformance among workers.
