Job summary

Central Coldstorage Kuching Sdn Bhd is seeking a shift QA representative to ensure the effective execution of food safety and quality assurance programs on the production floor. You will monitor CCPs, PRPs, hygiene, labeling, and documentation while serving as the QA point for production zones during the morning shift.

The role supports escalation of issues, corrective actions, traceability, and audit preparation, with a preference for HACCP training and familiarity with major standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology or related field.
• HACCP training or certification preferred.
• Familiar with FSSC 22000, GMP, VHM, QMS, and Food Regulations 1985.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing food safety and quality assurance programs on the production floor and monitoring CCPs, PRPs, hygiene, labeling, and documentation.
• Act as the shift-level QA representative for production zones and support issue escalation, corrective actions, traceability, and audit preparation.
