Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver warm and attentive service across dining outlets. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and help prepare the outlet for service while upholding Hilton standards and a high level of guest satisfaction.

Successful candidates will have prior F&B or customer service experience, fluent English, and a positive, adaptable attitude suited to a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage or customer service is preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm and attentive service: welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages.
• Create memorable guest experiences by anticipating needs and handling feedback professionally.
• Maintain service excellence by following Hilton standards and delivering quality presentations.
• Support outlet operations: table setup, clearing, cleaning, and resetting before, during, and after service.
• Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Promote menu items and offers while processing orders accurately and minimizing wastage.
• Uphold health and safety standards and participate in ongoing training.

• Maintain service excellence: Follow Hilton's service standards and ensure food andbeverages are presented and delivered to the highest quality.
• Support smooth outlet operations: Assist with table setup, clearing, resetting, cleaning, and preparing the outlet before, during, and after service.
• Work effectively as a team: Coordinate closely with colleagues, supervisors, kitchen teams, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Support revenue and efficiency: Promote menu items and special offers whereappropriate, process orders accurately, and minimize wastage.
• Uphold health and safety standards: Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, alcoholawareness, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Develop your skills: Participate in training and continuously build yourknowledge of menus, service techniques, and hospitality standards.
