In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused
• Able to work flexible shifts

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

Follow the hotel's standard operating procedures, service policies, and techniques to deliver a luxury dining experience.

Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed explanations of menuand buffetitems, making recommendations as needed.

Takeaccuratefood and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar.

Ensuretimelyservice of food and beverages, following proper sequence and etiquette.

Anticipate guest needs, offering refills and replenishments promptly (e.g., water, bread, condiments).

Assistguests with seating, providing personalized service, and accommodating special requests.

Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless experience.

Possess thorough knowledge of therestaurantsand menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.

Upsell and recommend menu items, pairing food withappropriate wineor beverages to enhance the dining experience.

Understand the coordination between the kitchen and restaurant, ensuring smooth service flow.

Maintain awareness of daily specials, promotions, and upcoming events.
