Job summary

UTM Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant for a full-time, on-site role in Malaysia. The position involves assisting in food preparation, setting tables, ensuring quality of dishes and beverages, and upselling where appropriate to enhance guest experience.

You will help deliver orders to guest rooms promptly and professionally while maintaining high standards of service. Prior experience in F&B is valued, and a positive, customer-focused attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food & beverage environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a pleasant manner.
• Ability to upsell and suggest dishes or beverages based on guest preferences.
