Carlsberg Malaysia in Kuching seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team and grow our brands in Sarawak. You will translate strategic plans into local actions, strengthen customer relationships, and drive execution excellence.

The role requires 5–6 years of FMCG sales leadership, a degree in Business/Marketing, and proven team management. You will manage budgets, KPIs, and distributor relationships to boost market share. Occasional travel within the territory is expected.

Formación

• Degree in Business/Commerce/Marketing or related field.
• 5–6 years of sales management experience in FMCG.
• Experience in leading and managing teams.
• Strong command of written and verbal English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Must be mobile and travel extensively in the area.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth and profitability for the company’s products/brands in Kuching.
• Translate strategies into area action plans aligned to company objectives.
• Coordinate brand and channel marketing to maximize sales and channel effectiveness (Brand/Portfolio plans).
• Collaborate with Sales Planning to formulate effective area sales plans and monitor activity.
• Manage area budget, KPIs, and distributor/outlet relationships to maximize ROI.
• Drive awareness, visibility, and execution of national promotions locally.
