The candidate will oversee commercial strategy, pricing, and post-merger integration, while partnering with CFO, CEO, and the Board to drive market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field (MBA preferred).
• 12–18+ years of experience in commercial leadership, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance/M&A roles.
• Proven track record in executing M&A deals end-to-end and driving commercial growth.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in valuation, deal structuring, and negotiations.
• Experience in regional or cross-border transactions is highly advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinking with strong commercial instincts.
• Deal-making and negotiation expertise.
• Financial modelling and valuation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams.
• Oversee sales, business development, and key account management functions.
• Establish pricing strategies and optimize product/service positioning.
• Lead end-to-end M&A activities including deal sourcing, evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and execution.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of acquisition targets, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct financial modelling, valuation analysis, and commercial due diligence.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors on transaction execution.
• Lead post-merger integration to ensure value realization and synergy capture.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships to accelerate growth and market penetration.
• Negotiate and structure partnership agreements aligned with long-term objectives.
• Manage relationships with key partners, investors, and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies to strengthen market positioning.
• Provide recommendations to the Board and CEO on growth and investment opportunities.
• Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and Board on strategic initiatives and capital allocation.
• Lead and build high-performing commercial and corporate development teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (finance, legal, operations) to drive execution excellence.
