URMunchy’s in Malaysia seeks an Assistant Sales Manager (General Trade) to lead sales operations across the General Trade channel and assigned region. You will drive targets, collaborate with distributors, and ensure speedy market execution with cross-functional support.

We value a diploma or higher with 3+ years in FMCG sales operations or distributor management, and a hands-on approach to growing the business while delivering quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Holder or higher.
• Minimum 3 years related experience with minimum 2 years sales experiences in sales operation management or distributor management.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets with assigned region or distributor partner.
• Collaborate with distributor partner in recruiting and retaining Sales Rep including On Job Training to the team to be effective and efficient.
• Proactively understand market needs and develop business solutions to meet the company and market’s requirements.
• Meet and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Promoting existing and new products.
• Building rapport with indirect customers by providing information, support, latest market information and recommendation of new opportunities.
• Preparing reports and analysis for monthly meeting.
• Provide feedback on sales trends and opportunities.
• Ensure funds allocated are spend and track within the assigned territory or channel.
• Ensure sales plan is executed as per plan.
• Ensure speed to market are adhere to the agreed timeline.
• Ensures best in class execution is being carried out at store level.
• Work closely with cross function
