Coca-Cola Bottlers (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Team Leader to drive field sales in Lahad Datu, Sabah. You will lead a team of sales merchandisers and CC feasibility, coordinating outlets, routes and brand promotions to achieve daily targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum STPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
• Preferably 2–5 years’ experience in FMCG or related field.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Melayu communication.
• Strong supervisory and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit and develop a given set of selected top outlets regularly.
• Coordinate and achieve sales objectives for the assigned routes, outlets and areas by brand and pack on daily basis.
• Meet volume targets and productivity norms.
• Ensure timely payment collection per terms.
• Plan and monitor route coverage and asset placement (coolers, racks).
• Submit standard reports and market feedback for continuous improvement.
