Job summary

Teck Guan Group in Tawau, Sabah is seeking a dynamic Fast Moving Consumer Goods Sales Representative with 1–3 years of sales experience. Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are welcome.

You will promote sundry products, develop new customers and build relationships across the market. This role requires good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, a customer‑oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of the Tawau market is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for customer visits.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Able to work well with the sales team and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell sundry products to customers.
• Develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular sales visits and follow up on customer enquiries and orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Take customer orders and follow up on delivery arrangements.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Collect market feedback and provide updates to the Sales Manager.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and customer accounts when required.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain proper customer records.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
