Job summary

DKSH Malaysia invites an Executive, Field Sales to lead and coordinate our FMCG sales teams across Johor Bahru. You will drive sales targets, manage route plans, call on customers regularly, and ensure high field performance through disciplined execution and client relationship building.

This role requires budgeting discipline, timely reporting, KPI tracking, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to secure product delivery, optimize merchandising, and capture growth opportunities in

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Business Administration, Marketing Studies, or relevant background.
• 2–3 years of sales or FMCG experience.
• Knowledge of the industry, market, competitors and customers.
• Territory knowledge and strong selling skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; proficient in MS Office tools.
• Fluency in local language and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day expenditures against budgets for efficient resource use.
• Prepare and implement sales action plans including route planning and regular customer calls to hit targets.
• Track KPIs and sales plans to maintain performance visibility and accountability.
• Provide feedback on plan execution and development areas for team members.
• Execute sales activities: product portfolio management, marketing plan introductions, order taking, merchandising.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts to close sales.
• Monitor competitors and reports; suggest actions to counter threats.
• Prepare sales reports and forecast margins; flag unusual demand fluctuations.
• Coordinate improvements to sales processes and ensure timely collections.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, maintaining strong relationships through engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
