Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan EPS Consultants Sdn Bhd is seeking a Demand Planner for its FMCG client operating in the Snacks & Confectionary category. The role focuses on coordinating monthly forward sales forecasts by trade channel and region to support demand planning.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of demand planning experience in FMCG environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with all levels of Management and Staff.
• Good coordination, analytic, negotiation and influencing capability with high attention to details and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly forward sales forecast reports by trade channel and region.
• Analyze past 6 months average monthly sales to validate forecast plans and quarterly marketing plans.
• Improve demand planning techniques and maintain stockholding targets.
• Document and standardize demand planning processes and SOPs.
• Adjust forecasts and inventory targets based on sales dynamics and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to reconcile variances and maintain deviations within acceptable range.
• Ensure timely submission of demand planning reports and meet monthly deadlines with minimal errors.
