Job summary

Get A Floor Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Executive open to fresh graduates to join their New Business Development and Sales team in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, deliver presentations, and drive revenue growth in the flooring industry.

You will receive on-the-job training, career progression, and industry networking exposure, with the chance to travel within the Klang Valley and work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia required.
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley and hold a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the flooring market.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and site visits to showcase flooring products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with new clients to secure sales.
• Aim to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in CRM.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service for smooth onboarding.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
• Provide market insights to management on trends and competition.
