Job summary

Rakanda Enterprise is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the Pasaraya Rakan Taman JRK Delta, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. You will monitor staff activity, coordinate shipping/receiving, and address day-to-day issues while assisting customers.

The role requires strong organizational skills, communication ability, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail or F&B experience and forklift operation are advantageous; this is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for operating the management of goods under one department following procedures of the Company.
• To ensure FIFO sequence when stacking up the goods.
• To monitor and feedback timely on the sales trend and customer purchase trend to the purchasing team.
• To ensure pricing and display of merchandise items are correct and up to the Company's standard.
• To ensure cleanliness of department area & store.
• Promotes professionalism of staff in the retail operation department.
• To guide and ensure the system for overall department activities is in good order.
• To assist in proving on-the-job training for new and existing staff when required.
• Deputies to manage store in the absence of Outlet Manager/Assistant Outlet Manager.

In this role, you will:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Age between 22-35
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail or F&B, with prior experience as a senior staff or team leader (an added advantage)
• Able to conduct forklift

Compensation, Benefits and Perks
