Rakanda Enterprise is seeking a Floor Supervisor for Bandar Seri Coalfields to manage daily department operations, merchandise, staff performance and store standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will oversee FIFO processes, monitor sales trends, ensure correct pricing and displays, and maintain cleanliness. The role requires 1–3 years of retail or F&B experience with leadership exposure, and offers several employee benefits in a full-time setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily department operations, ensuring store standards and smooth retail flow.
• Maintain FIFO in stocking and display of goods.
• Monitor sales trends and report feedback to the purchasing team on time.
• Ensure accurate pricing and merchandising according to company standards.
• Keep department and store clean and orderly; promote staff professionalism.
• Supervise and train staff; support the Outlet Manager in daily tasks.
• Guide staff and ensure departmental activities run smoothly in absence of management.
• Assist in on-the-job training for new and existing staff.

Floor Supervisor (Bandar Seri Coalfields)

Responsible for managing daily department operations, merchandise, staff performance and store standards to ensure smooth and efficient retail operations.

In this role, you will:

• be responsible for operating the management of goods under one department following procedures of the Company.
• To ensure FIFO sequence when stacking up the goods.
• To monitor and feedback timely to the sales trend and customer purchase trend to the purchasing team.
• To ensure pricing and display of merchandise items are correct and up to the Company's standard.
• To ensure cleanliness of department area and store.
• Promotes professionalism of staff in the retail operation department.
• To guide and ensure the system for overall department activities is in good order.
• To assist in proving on-the-job training for new and existing staff when required
• Deputies to manage store in the absence of Outlet Manager/Assistant Outlet Manager

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail or F&B, with prior experience as a senior staff or team leader (an added advantage).
