Job summary

Huckleberry Hospitality Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer-focused team member for its premium outlets in Kuala Lumpur. You will deliver friendly service, assist guests with inquiries and purchases, and process payments using POS systems. You will help maintain stock, display products to brand standards, and support daily opening/closing procedures.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is required. Basic English is expected, with additional languages an advantage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, café, restaurant, or customer service roles is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Well-groomed, reliable and professional in appearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive customer service.
• Assist guests with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
• Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock management.
• Ensure products are well-stocked, displayed, and presented according to company standards.
• Check product labels, pricing and expiry dates.
• Ensure all promotional items and marketing collaterals are displayed correctly and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the outlet at all times.
• Support daily opening and closing procedures.
• Support pre-order sales for cakes, hampers and festive items.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth outlet operations.
• Assist in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
