Responsibilities

• Provide styling advice, product knowledge and store experience to customers.
• Lead a team of sales assistants to uphold high service standards.
• Oversee store operations and act as brand ambassador.
• Assist recruitment and ensure induction and training of new starters.
• Identify future talents and support development plans for progression.
• Step in as Store Manager in their absence.
