Job summary

COS in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly Full-time Sales Advisor who greets customers and embodies the brand. You will provide high-level service from conversations to cashier duties, fitting rooms, and shop-floor tasks, while processing deliveries, replenishing stock and merchandising latest garments.

Experience in customer service is helpful but not mandatory; a warm, proactive approach and genuine interest in fashion are valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide high-level service across the store
• Assist at the cash desk, fitting rooms and on the shop floor
• Process deliveries and replenish stock
• Merchandise latest garments on the shop floor
• Create welcoming experiences and guide customers through their journey
• Contribute to HIP and staff discount programs where applicable
• Collaborate with team to ensure a seamless shopping experience
