COS in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a dedicated team and deliver exceptional customer experience in our store. You will drive service standards through styling advice, product knowledge, and operational excellence.

You will manage recruitment and onboarding, mentor colleagues, identify talent, and step in as Store Manager as needed. This pipeline role offers development opportunities and competitive benefits within a dynamic fashion environment.
